Why I Own This

Ready To Wear
Other

I wanted something I could slide on and wear to the store, gym, and the office on days when I only go in to pirate stuff.

How I Sized

Foot Tracing

They either let you size based on your gut or they would let you send in tracings. At the same time I was buying these, I had another brand ask me for measurements to determine sizing so I sent in tracings. And holy poop their sizing based on my tracings were off. I couldn't fit my foot in the shoe. I couldn't fit my **tracings** in the shoe. I then asked them for a full size up. They obliged by sending me a half size up. Weirdly these fit perfectly

Awful. Bought via online store. Sent in tracings. They sent out the first pair in two days. After the first pair didn't fit, I emailed the CS email asking for advice. They asked me to send a barefoot pic of me standing on the shoe--with an example. The example was absolutely disgusting--dude needs a pedicure. I had sent the pair back that day, so I didn't send them bare feet pics. They received my return and then didn't resend a replacement for 10 days. All in, it took a little over 6 weeks to get a pair of RTW shoes.
