3 Month Check-In on my Weight Loss Challenge: December proved to be quite the hurdle. Net weight loss since last submission of only 1.8 lbs, with a total loss of 18.1 lbs during the Thunderdome thus far. Mid December showed promise for another solid month of weight loss (4.2 lbs in 2 weeks), but I was unable to resist indulging in delicious homemade food during the holidays while visiting family, and therefore regained those lbs. My normally consistent exercise regimen and daily step goal was also disrupted for the two weeks of Christmas and New Years (which unfortunately included the passing of my grandpa). But here's to a new year and a renewed focus on this goal of mine! 💪 Halfway to the Thunderdome finish line!
