Truman Cap Toe Boot

Had prior experience with Truman. I enjoyed their boots but I was miss sized. I always liked their various waxed flesh options. I missed out on their black waxed flesh a few years ago, and decided to treat myself when I saw a preorder.

I had worn a 12D in the 79 last. I thought they were a little snug with heavier socks. So I went up a half size and a width.

I placed an order online during a preorder window. They quoted 11 weeks, but luckily they shipped within two weeks or so. I’m sure I got lucky that my custom order matched a make up in the restock supply.
