Love the Shinki leather. Initially preordered a different make-up but after a few months' wait, received an Email from Brett Viberg advising that due to a workshop incident the make up initially opted for was no longer available and was offered to instead purchase an alternative limited release, Shinki leather used for the Real McCoy's A2 jacket. Gladly accepted as the color and grain of the leather was excessively appealing 😁

Week-end wear and/or daily during holiday. Mostly urban environments. An absolute bang for your bucks on the Paris cobblestones! Great also outdoor, treading paths of the Vosges forests and medieval castle ruins
Very subtle evolution, a forgiving leather not prone to easy scarring and that doesn't require too much conditioning. Will not become overly supple regardless of the amount of conditioning applied. Nice hues of lighter brown at pull up areas. Breakin instantly apart from quarters and counter still stiff after 6 months consistent wear. Care consisted of cleaning off the dirt with saddle soap and then applying Saphir oiled leather cream.
Perfect. Requires comfortable woolen socks especially for the ankle area due to stiff quarters
Spick and span on all respects
Perfect soles for rainy weather and versatile for outdoors
Very nice pair of boots, versatile for terrain and styles
