When Lee Trung announced his ready to wear line this was the first model he announced. The pictures he shared were in this polo-esq suede, a mid-brown suede, and black calf. This make-up was great. An Adelaide is typically a more formal model but the cap toe, along with the suede and the color really dresses it down.
Ordered via Instagram DM because at the time he didn't have his RTW on his website. He was sold out of my size and had to make this pair. It took a few months to arrive. Cost was about $500 USD+ about 75 for shipping iirc
These are heavy in my rotation. I dress them up or down. However, they are purely an office/leisure shoe.
I initially treated them with nano protector and have done nothing else to them. The leather looks great and never required a break in.
The craftsmanship blows European makers that cost 2x the price.
The sole is great. The heel is a little taller than is typical on a dress shoe, which I think looks great. But, is a polarizing detail
