I loved how the leather looked when I started. Loved it more each month that passed. The dark patina on high wear areas contrast with the rest of the boot. This leather got scratched up in the gravel driveway. One week of wear later and the shine is back. Give them a good brushing and good enough to wear to church on Sunday.

Thin socks only with these. They seem to run on the small side. It took a good three weeks of solid wear to start to form to my foot

Boot is constructed well. Lining is superb

I had issues with the heel rubber sole coming off and pulling through the nails. I had too pull and renail 2-3 nails a month. I’m assuming this pair did not get the correct amount of glue between the rubber and leather heel stack

I am sending these back to Truman to have the heel repaired properly
